Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Anderson Agility, a Pennsylvania Senate–honored project management consulting firm specializing in project management, Agile coaching, and digital transformation. With a strong foundation in information technology, business strategy, and organizational innovation, Ms. Anderson has dedicated her career to helping organizations strengthen delivery capability, enhance performance, and adapt to rapidly evolving industry demands. Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a concentration in Computer Networking, a STEM‑based degree that established her early expertise in information technology. This technical background directly influenced her decision to focus Anderson Agility’s consulting services on the software industry, where project management, Agile delivery, and digital transformation intersect with complex technical environments. She also holds a Master of Science in Project Management from The Pennsylvania State University. She began doctoral studies at Northcentral University and later made a strategic decision to pause her program to expand her business during a challenging economic climate. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree—an MBA in Strategic Innovation at the University of Illinois Urbana‑Champaign—reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and her drive to implement cutting‑edge strategies in business agility. Ms. Anderson is also a ceremonial advocate, integrating structured, dignified ceremonial principles into her leadership philosophy. Before founding Anderson Agility, Ms. Anderson completed 15 years of full‑time public service with the State of New Jersey, retiring with distinction. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, she further demonstrated her commitment to community uplift by serving for four years as a Substitute Teacher, working significantly below her income potential because her service was rooted in purpose, not compensation. She supported students, families, and school communities during one of the most challenging periods in modern education—all while simultaneously building her consulting firm. Ms. Anderson continues her civic engagement as a Judge of Elections in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, supporting voter access and election integrity. She also mentors undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent alumni, through Penn State’s Career Services LionLink Program, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals. She is the Founder and CEO of Anderson Legacy Press, a publishing entity based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, and a soon‑to‑be‑published author. Ms. Anderson is an active member of the historic Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia, where she serves as a Minister of Voice, contributing to the spiritual and cultural life of the congregation. Her dedication to business excellence, civic responsibility, technological advancement, education, and community uplift defines her leadership and continues to shape her impact across the region.
