Soft skills are more general skills that cut across most environments as opposed to hard skills. In other words, hard skills are described as specific work duties and responsibilities. Put another way, hard skills are considered occupational skills. At Anderson Agility we believe that it is essential for individuals, project teams, and organizations to take the necessary time to develop or improve soft skills. In doing so, internal and external stakeholders will be prepared to display a professional attitude that it up to standard when performing their job duties and responsibilities.
In our coaching workshops, for example, attendees are able to enhance their listening and supportive skills via exercises and feedback. Our work shops will prepare stakeholders to develop healthy relationships. This is regardless of applying ones soft skills within or outside of ones work environment. We believe that developing ones soft skills is a good thing for everyone as well as having a long-term impact on ones personal growth especially since soft-skills are connected to ones emotions, self motivation, and attitude. In fact, we are always looking for assistance from our community to uplift Domestic violence victims because, for example, we believe in the African proverb that states, "It takes a whole village to raise a child". Put simply, we believe that when people serve in their community, in solidarity, value is added and community growth is promoted.
Through streamlined projects we aim to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in crisis. According to the website titled Law Insider, “To actualize one's desire is to work together with other people and build communities of solidarity through actual community work and concrete development projects.” Also, community work involves a level of commitment, charity, being social, helping, supporting, being involved in community, unity and togetherness.
Thus, built into the heart of Anderson Agility is our interest in supporting our community with respect to Domestic violence and all other support programs possible. We work with local law enforcement, social services, and voluntary agencies in an effort to help restore ones faith in God and humanity. We are hopeful to one day obtain real estate property for the purpose of temporarily housing survivors of Domestic Violence.

Anderson Agility believes that education is the key to one's success. We are always on the look out for motivated future thinking individuals that are interested in learning more about the benefits in working in the high-demanding field of project management. We provide a project management program for teenagers who attend an after-school program, and or teenagers and adults who attend a technical school.
With the support of the Department of Education, the PMI Institute, and the Montgomery County PA One Stop program, our project management program was developed to help address the significant shortage in the field of project management. Our PMO Outreach team aims to bring awareness training to our communities about the benefits of pursuing a project management career in the face of these unprecedented times in our history. Therefore, our PMO Outreach team also assists our valued students with pursuing other related project management career paths in an effort to reduce or eliminate the labor shortage gap in these occupations. This is one of our creative strategic approaches to keep our pulse on currents trends and opportunities. If nothing else, kids are people too so their growth and development matter to us.
Because Anderson Agility believes in maintaining long lasting relationships with our employees, we support the potential hiring of family members who completed an approved project management program and/or are Certified Associate Project Managers (CAPM)s, or Certfied Project Management Professionals (PMP)s.
